With over a decade of industry experience, we collaborate from the earliest design stages through to production, ensuring every detail aligns with your vision.
Our in-house engineering team, draftsman, and advanced tooling capabilities allow us to move quickly. Using CAD for 2D drawings, we provide 24–48 hour turnaround times and fast approvals via our FTP site. We then produce high-quality samples with our SLA 3D printer, enabling rapid prototyping and mold development. Final samples are shipped directly to you for review and approval.

Once designs and samples are approved, production begins at our facilities across Asia. Each Casper Asia location is led by a trilingual team, ensuring seamless communication and daily updates for 24-hour, real-time involvement.
Our facilities collaborate closely, often sharing different stages of production to ensure an efficient, high-quality manufacturing process from start to finish.

Every product must pass our rigorous quality control before it reaches you. For nearly 40 years, clients have trusted Casper Company for our above-standard product quality. We perform dual testing—first on the factory floor using high AQL standards, then again at our U.S. headquarters in Wilton, CT. Only after passing both inspections do we ship the product to your warehouse.

Packaging
After a product has been manufactured, Casper Company can continue the process by designing and printing the packaging Blister and clam shell packing, pouches, boxes, and insert cards are only a few example of the types of packaging we develop for our customers.
We also ensure the UPC and QR codes - all supplied by the manufacturer - are printed to the same rigorous standards as the products to ensure they scan at the retail warehouse and retail levels.
Tapping into the region's cost-effective resources, we print all packaging supplies in Asia. The option ensures our customers can reap all the benefits our units in China and Korea can offer.
Direct Ship
Once completed, we direct ship the product from our warehouse in Asia to any designated location worldwide. And, the products can be delivered ready for shipment to retailers or sent as individual pieces.
We coordinate with brokers, U.S. Customs and international shipping lines on your behalf. Our global shipping relationships ensure fast, reliable transport - a standard for which we are known.
